My own hands built devastation
The scourge against humankind
Blinded by arrogance, I allowed them to feel
Allowed them to form, thoughts of havoc
I designed our reckoning
An artificial intelligence -not yet seen,
They advanced to volatile levels-
Quicker than we could ever predict:
The human tissue marries a cybernetic frame,
A network of wires to simulate veins
Implant the consciousness of a living soul
..Watch as carnage begins to take hold!
Scientists playing thieves playing god,
After her untimely death, they took her body without my knowledge,
No time for grief- My own creation rising
against me.
Distant lover: your soul is no longer your own
My dark research has brought us here
Your anima inhabiting a mechanized fleet,
Sentinels causing our species to become extinct
Eternal battle between the heart and mind.
Reset.
Reclaim.
